This event is co-organised by the School of International Arbitration and ICC Institute of World Business Law.

The School of International Arbitration is pleased to present details of the 30th Annual ICC and School of International Arbitration Joint Symposium. This year's discussions will focus on the theme of "Parallel proceedings in international arbitration".

Topics will include

• Anti-arbitration injunction
• Sanctions for breach of the arbitration agreement
• Consolidation of proceedings and joinder

The symposium is co-chaired by Yves Derains (Chairman, ICC Institute of World Business Law; Founding Partner, Derains & Gharavi, Paris; Former Secretary General, ICC International Court of Arbitration) and Professor Julian D.M. Lew QC (Head of the School of International Arbitration; Barrister, 20 Essex Street, United Kingdom).
