On 8 April 2025, Dr. Remy Gerbay took part in a panel offering first insights into some of the preliminary finding of the 14th empirical study of the School of International Arbitration (SIA) at Queen Mary University of London. This is the sixth Survey in partnership with law firm White & Case (W&C). The 2025 International Arbitration Survey is entitled:The Path Forward: Realities and Opportunities in Arbitration’.
