Catherine is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked across a variety of settings in NHS Trusts since 2007. She has worked as a Research Physiotherapist within Barts NHS Trust for over 10 years and has extensive experience of trauma and orthopaedic research delivery within clinical settings. She has played an important role in developing the clinical research structure of the orthopaedic team.
Catherine currently holds a Barts Charity Clinical Research Training Fellowship. Clinically she is based within the Limb Reconstruction service and her research is focusing on rehabilitation for patients with complex fractures. She is designing studies to understand what rehabilitation support is given to patients, how well patients are able to follow this and how well patients recover.
