Profile

Hannah is a researcher working alongside Dr Gimeno on a programme of work dedicated to understanding and addressing the priorities and concerns of children, young people, and their families.

Hannah recently completed her PhD in Palliative Medicine at King’s College London where she developed an implementation plan to support integration into routine hospital-based care of a new tool to assess and monitor the impact of healthcare interventions for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. She holds an MSc in Social Policy and Social Research from University College London and a BA(Hons) in Children, Young People, and Families from York St John University. Hannah has an interest in improving the involvement and participation of children in research; the development and evaluation of complex interventions; and improving healthcare and outcomes for underrepresented and marginalised communities.

Other roles: Research Assistant at the Centre of Preventive Neurology in the Wolfson Institute of Population Health at Queen Mary University of London.
