Profile
Jenofer is an experienced health services management professional with a diverse background spanning the education and healthcare industries. Beginning her journey in the United Arab Emirates, she combines expertise in management with an academic foundation in psychology to foster efficiency, innovation, and strategic value within healthcare systems.
She holds a master’s degree in health services management from the University of Glasgow and an Honours degree in Applied Psychology from Amity University Dubai. Additionally, she has completed professional development and leadership certifications from Harvard University holds a CMi fellow membership. Her dedication to community service has been recognized by the Scottish government through the Saltire Awards for her volunteering contributions.
Jenofer’s extensive experience includes project management, financial management, operations, and global health. She has successfully delivered numerous healthcare and learning projects across the Middle East and Africa, showcasing her ability to manage complexity and drive strategic change.
In her current role, she supports the senior clinical teams and academics in Bone and Joint Health. Her responsibilities include managing complex schedules, coordinating data for reports, supporting onboarding, facilitating grant proposals, and liaising with pre- and post-award teams to streamline research study administration and budget management. She also oversees day-to-day operations, acts as a gatekeeper, and organizes key meetings to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Passionate about improving community health and well-being, Jenofer aspires to lead healthcare organisations and design impactful health programs that create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside work, she can be found volunteering, experiments with cooking, and enjoys curling up with a good book with some candles around.
