Giving us feedback

Feedback, both positive and negative, underpins continuous, quality improvement of our service and is vital to us.

If you are a student or graduate of Queen Mary, we encourage you to try settling a complaint informally in the first instance. Please speak to a member of staff that you have been dealing with in Careers and Enterprise as soon as possible to explain your concerns.

Current students can contact us and submit a complaint via AskQM. Graduates can email us at careers@qmul.ac.uk

If it has not been possible to reach an informal resolution, and you wish to pursue your complaint, complete the stage 1 complaint form (see policy link below) and send to j.baines@qmul.ac.uk.

Timescales and further steps are detailed in the Queen Mary Students Complaints Policy.
