This workshop presents an international project supporting domain name holders—particularly individuals, non-profits, and small businesses—in navigating disputes under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). The session will introduce the project’s objectives and the forthcoming online course covering UDRP fundamentals, procedures, advanced strategies, and clinical practice. It will interest practitioners, academics, and students seeking to understand dispute resolution within the domain name system.
