At the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, our dedicated internship team will promote your role to relevant students and manage the application process, all at no cost to you.
Offering an internship provides you with the opportunity to:
- Evaluate a potential future employee and see how they fit within your organisation.
- Fill a short-term skills gap with a motivated and capable intern.
- Support the next generation of professionals by offering valuable real-world experience in your industry.
Opportunities with CCLS:
- Part-time engagement: Collaborate with students for up to 20 hours per week during term-time on research, live cases, or business development projects
- Full-time internship: Offer internships after students complete their dissertations, lasting 3 weeks to 3 months, with potential for extension
- Short-term micro-internship: Provide unpaid work experience of up to 10 hours per week for students with limited legal exposure, available during or post-studies
- Project-based work experience: Partner on specific projects, specifying legal specialism and the required number of students. We will present a pool of qualified CVs for your selection
- Essay competition: Host an essay competition for LLM students, with the winner securing an internship in the autumn term, along with a monetary prize
