Insurance, Shipping and Aviation Law Institute hosts events on insurance, energy and climate change

The Insurance, Shipping and Aviation Law Institute (ISALI) held two joint events recently. On 14 March 2024, ISALI co-hosted an online event with the European Law Institute's Insurance Group. Dr Franziska Arnold-Dwyer, Senior Lecturer in Insurance Law, Contract Law and Sustainability at Queen Mary University of London, presented her new book 'Insurance, Climate Change and the Law' alongside a presentation from Dr Maryam Golnaraghi on 'Long-term insurability of physical assets'. On 21 March 2024, ISALI co-hosted an event with Energy & Climate Change Law Institute at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies where Dr Franziska Arnold-Dwyer spoke on 'The role of insurance in the energy transition'.
