Use of GenAI

Across both waves of the survey sent to creative workers, common use cases for Generative AI included writing, research and visual design. AI is also used to speed up response time to clients. Only 31% of respondents had used any form of AI in their work. Of those, adoption rates where highest among younger workers and lowest in the 41-50 age bracket.
