Queen Mary Cultural Advocacy Fellows
Making the case for the cultural sector by building coalitions, networks and a robust evidence base.
Universities can and should play an important role in advocating for the cultural sector. The QM Centre for Creative Collaboration helps to generate long-term and robust evidence of the sector’s impact by building coalitions and networks between the people and organisations that advocate for culture’s value.
Queen Mary’s Cultural Advocacy Fellowship scheme, in collaboration with Mile End Institute, supports the research done by cultural advocates. Appointed as honorary research fellows for a three-year period, these Fellows will work with QM researchers to generate robust evidence of the value of culture.
