Dr Bronagh Byrne is Senior Lecturer in Social Policy, Co-Director of the Centre for Children's Rights and Programme Director for the Master's in Children's Rights at Queen's University Belfast. Bronagh was also co-founder of the Disability Research Network at Queen's. She sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Disability and Social Justice.
