Profile
Peter is a lecturer in Inclusion, Childhood and Youth at the University of Leeds. After completing a PhD at Durham University on the ethics of the relationship between young people and youth workers, he joined Leeds in 2015, where he researches in areas of young people’s participation, professional ethics, reading interventions, and participatory character education. Outside of the university he acts as a trustee for the Eden Multi Academy Trust, and chairs People’s Meeples, a local charitable body that uses gaming as a means of social inclusion.
