Ursula Kilkelly is a professor of law whose research engages with a range of issues relating to the implementation of international children's rights. Her work has been published in multplie sole and co-authored publications, edited collections and nearly 100 journal articles and book chapters concerning issues relating to youth justice and detention, child health, independent children's rights institutions and a range of issues rleating to legal implementation.
