Profile

Pernilla Leviner is Professor in public Law with specific focus on welfare law and child protection. Her research deals with different aspects of the relation between the state, the family and the individual, including children’s rights often focusing on the responsibility and role of public authorities. She is connected to the Stockholm Centre for the Rights of the Child and is the General Editor of the Stockholm Studies in Child Law and Children’s Rights, published by Brill Nijhoff as well as the editor of the Nordic Journal of Social Welfare Law.
