Profile

Michele Poretti is associate professor at the University of teacher education in Lausanne, Switzerland. He has a multi-disciplinary academic background, including economics, children's rights, anthropology and sociology. After working for several years in the humanitarian field, he has conducted research into child rights-based policies and practices for more than a decade. His inquiries explore the moral and political logics of decision-makers and professionals, as well as the perspectives of children and young people.
