Profile

Prof Young has over 30 years experience teaching, researching and practising in the area of family law. She is co-author of a leading Australian text on family law and co-editor of a book on children and the law in Australia as well as having been General Editor of the Australian Journal of Family Law. Prof Young has been a government decision maker in both child support for over 20 years and is currently the Chair of a government Panel reviewing decisions about children in out of home care.
