The inaugural event brought together students and staff to honour individuals who have gone above and beyond, not only in academic excellence but also in contribution to the community, resilience in the face of adversity, and outstanding teaching support.

Awarded for excellence in the field of Distributed Systems, this prize recognises a final-year undergraduate student who exemplifies scientific and engineering excellence through academic or project work.
