PhD studentships
We are delighted that at the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science we can offer postgraduate research studentships to support PhD students each year.
A PhD studentship is a funded research position usually attached to a specific research project or open to postgraduate research applicants in a specific field or academic school. You can find our School's studentships listed on this page; our studentships typically provide funding for up to 3 (Queen Mary) or 3.5 (EPSRC) years PhD study, covering tuition fees and a maintenance stipend. For more information about other sources of funding, visit our fees and funding page.
