Key dates and deadlines

Sunday 30 November 2025

Deadline to apply for guaranteed accommodation* in Queen Mary halls, or with one of our partner providers. In order to apply, you must have firmly accepted a place to study at Queen Mary University of London in January 2026.

Monday 15 December 2025

Final application deadline for overseas applicants requiring a Student Route Visa to study in the UK. 

Monday 5 January 2026

Final application deadline for postgraduate Home and Distance Learning applications.

Applications from Home applicants wishing to join a Taught Postgraduate course and all applicants wishing to study a Distance Learning course must be submitted by this date.

Accommodation

Finding the right place to live is important - especially if you are moving away from home for the first time.

We offer accommodation for our Medicine and Dentistry students at our Whitechapel and Charterhouse Square campuses. This means you can live with people on a similar course, close to our clinical facilities.
