The Department of Geography and Environmental Science at Queen Mary University of London is committed to supporting and inspiring the teaching and learning of geography in schools and colleges and to making geography an inclusive subject.
The Department of Geography and Environmental Science is delighted to host the East London Branch of the Geographical Association, and to work closely with the East London Geography Hub to support geographical education in this part of London.
The branch is chaired by Catherine Nash (Prof. of Human Geography), who works with Denise Freeman of the East London Geography Hub to promote and support the study of geography, and Rebecca Smith, the Department Liaison and Widening Participation Officer at the Department of Geography and Environmental Science, Queen Mary University of London.
