Client name: Oxford House
Oxford House (est 1884) is a community and arts space with a buzzing activity programme and lots of creative spaces (theatre, dance studio, gallery and chapel). They also have their own fab café, provide affordable office space/venue hire and home to 20+ charities and social businesses. OH was originally established in 1884 as a community space to combat the effects of poverty on the poor of East London. Almost 140 yeads later their vision is to build a harmonious and creative community in Bethnal Green.
In this project, as a team of students, you will develop content and related (social media) posts on a chosen Bethnal Green topic.

Stage 3: Application outcome notification by Wednesday 12 November 2025
Programme duration: Wednesday 28 January 2026 to Wednesday 15 April 2026
You must complete a pre and post-project survey, which includes writing a short reflective review of up to 300 words, to receive certification.
Eligibility:
- Current Queen Mary students
- Highly motivated and teamwork oriented
- Passionate about heritage and making a real impact in the world
- Willing to dedicate a total of 15 -20 hours across the project, including client meetings, teamwork, and individual work.
