The quickest way to contact us is by email at ihse-student-support@qmul.ac.uk. We aim to respond to most queries within 2 working days. However, during busier periods (April to October), it may take up to 5 working days for us to get back to you.

Office hours

Our office is open between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, it is closed on weekends, university closure days and bank holidays. Should you have issues accessing the office please email us. 

Need support outside of our working hours? 

We appreciate that students may need support outside of our working hours. Please look at Advice & Counselling Service's (ACS) website for further information on accessing support while the university is closed.
