Esther
Esther (she/her) joined the team in May 2021 as the Student Academic and Pastoral Support Administrator. Esther currently works as one of the Student Support Administrators within the team.
Esther’s wellbeing tip:
It is okay to be kind to yourself. Sometimes we ourselves can be our toughest critics. I know that I am, so I try to take time to be kind to myself and extend myself some grace. Whether this be taking some time out to do an activity that I really enjoy or pampering myself. Self-care is important!
How Esther manages feelings of overwhelm:
When I begin to feel overwhelmed, I find taking a walk can help to clear the mind, and using positive affirmations can help to address any feelings of self-doubt. I also like to write, read and design my own tapestry.
