Shereen’s Wellbeing Tip:
It's totally okay to feel sad or stressed, but when you're ready, try reframing the situation.
I tend to get frustrated by life’s inconsistencies and battles so instead of staying stuck in that cruel loop, I look for ways to shift my perspective. I find that just asking myself, ‘How can I view this differently?’ helps me feel more in control. Reframing doesn’t make the stress go away, but it helps me see things from a more positive angle and move forward with more clarity.
How Shereen manages feelings of overwhelm:
When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I like to do something creative with my hands, like pottery, doing my nails or painting. It’s a way for me to let my creative side take over, and it helps me forget about the stress, even if just for a little while.
These activities give me a chance to reset and shift my focus, which always leaves me feeling more grounded and ready to tackle things with a clearer mind.
