Sofia’s Wellbeing Tip:
Life can sometimes become overwhelming and it’s very normal to feel this way, try and focus on the next small step rather than trying to tackle a full list of things to do. This can help you focus and feel more in control.
How Sofia manages feelings of overwhelm:
I find focusing on my breathing and practicing self-awareness really helps when I am feeling overwhelmed. Practicing self-awareness helps me reflect on my emotions so I can manage them better. I also find exercising helps me manage feelings of overwhelm whether that’s going to the gym or doing a yoga or Pilates class.
