The Institute of Health Science Education (IHSE) Student Support Service is a dedicated full-time team, committed to supporting IHSE students. No matter the concern, we're here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

Best way to contact us 

The easiest and fastest way to get in touch with us, is by emailing our services mailbox at ihse-student-support@qmul.ac.uk 

If you are a graduate or a current Queen Mary University student who is not studying at the medical school, please use the AskQM system for assistance with your query.

Support hours 

Our team is available to support you Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and university closure days. 

Evening appointments are available on request, between the hours of 4:00pm - 6:00pm. If you would like to book an evening appointment please send your request alongside your availability to ihse-student-support@qmul.ac.uk

Students studying MBBS in Malta 

The IHSE Student Support Service provides support to London students only. If you are a current student studying in Malta please contact your dedicated support team at student-support-malta@qmul.ac.uk
