Profile
Christine Naganathan is a Lecturer in Clinical Communication, part of the Clinical and Communication skills team based at the Robin Brooke Centre. She is involved in the teaching and facilitating of teaching across all years of the medical school for the Communication team. She is the Lead for Communication skills for Year 1 and GEP students.
She works as a Locum GP in Newham. She also teaches at Kings College London and Cambridge as a GP Tutor.
Teaching
Christine is currently the Lead for Clinical Communication skills for Year 1 and GEP students. She writes OSCE stations for these year groups. She teaches for the CBME team at QMUL as well.
Research
Research Interests:
Christine is interested in making medical knowledge accessible to the public and started an Instagram page called Medicsonthegram with her friend during the pandemic. She also has a keen interest in advocating for people’s health, particularly in underserved and under resourced communities such as Newham.
