Victorian Carols in Context

The Centre for the Study of the Nineteenth Century and its Legacies (CSNCL) event
You are warmly invited to join the organisers for 3rd festive annual event in Queen Mary’s beautiful Octagon Room (in the Queens’ Building, the Octogon is No 19a on the Mile End Campus map) for mulled wine and mince pies from 6 pm. A programme of secular and sacred carols will run from around 6:20 pm, led by a choir and contextualised with short critical commentaries from QMUL colleagues (followed by discussion, mingling, and good cheer from around 7 - 8 pm).
