Time Out Leisure Collection Expansion
Changes to the Time Out Leisure collection include a new location as well as many exciting new titles.
Time Out Collection at Whitechapel Library
Located on the ground floor of Mile End Library, the original Time Out Leisure Collection was created in partnership with the Students’ Union to offer a student-led leisure reading selection.
This year, as well as establishing a Time Out collection at Whitechapel, we have expanded these collections to include books aligned with our EDI celebration months. We have completed a major collection refresh, adding a wide range of exciting new titles to help both students and staff unwind and reinforce that the Library is a welcoming space. 
 Incorporating fiction, biography, graphic novels, LGBTQA+ stories, wellbeing guides, books on sport and hobbies, and local interest titles, the Time Out collection reflects the diversity of the Queen Mary community and offers library users a collection of recreational books that is engaging and easy to navigate.
