Video interview with Peter Robinson, First Minister of Northern Ireland, by Ken Reid for UTV Live on 22 January 2010. On 18 November 2008 the DUP and Sinn Féin agreed a roadmap to allow for the devolution of policing and justice powers to Northern Ireland. However, progress was slow on coming to a final agreement on these issues in 2009. In this interview Robinson discusses the difficulties in negotiating a final agreement on the devolution of policing powers. These powers were finally devolved to the Northern Ireland administration under the terms of the Hillsborough Agreement of 5 February 2010.
