Profile
Julia is originally from Mexico where she did her undergraduate degree in Biomedical research. She later did a MRes + PhD programme at the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Claudia Langenberg, Maik Pietzner and Nicholas Wareham. Her research focused on identification of sparse protein signatures from broad-capture plasma proteomics to improve targeted screening and prediction strategies.
