Prof. Langenberg named in the top 7 Best Female Scientists in the UK
The latest Research.com rankings have named Professor Claudia Langenberg, PHURI, QMUL among the top 100 scientists in the UK, recognising her significant contribution to her field.
Professor Claudia Langenberg has been named in the Research.com's top 100 Best Female Scientists for the fourth consecutive year placing in the top seven.
Her groundbreaking work in the field of genomics reflects the university's commitment to advancing healthcare and improving lives.
Claudia has been featured on the list every year since its creation in 2022. The aim of the ranking is to “inspire female scholars, women pondering an academic career, as well as decision-makers worldwide with the example of successful women in the scientific community.”
Professor Langenberg said: “It is humbling to see my name amongst so many wonderful and inspiring colleagues. Our ambition is to support the next generation of outstanding female scientists to diversify our talent pool at Queen Mary and beyond. The time is now!”
