Professor Michael Kenny, Labour on wrong side of argument as far as English votes for English laws are concerned

Professor Michael Kenny, Director of the Mile End Institute, has written a blog piece for the New Statesman on the debate surrounding English Votes for English Laws (Evel as it has come to be known) and the implications of the delay on a foxhunting vote earlier this week. He writes: “There are good reasons to believe that this turn of events could strengthen the government’s hand on Evel, and lead its political opponents into difficult, unpredictable waters.”
