Accommodation
All new applicants studying on a January start course can apply for accommodation in Queen Mary halls, or with one of our partner providers, subject to meeting the following conditions:
- You have firmly accepted a place to study at Queen Mary University of London
- You have not lived in a Queen Mary residence before (i.e. on another course of study)
If you have applied for a programme commencing in the January of the 2025-26 year, and would like to stay in University accommodation during that programme, you will need to make a housing application using the application for the ‘2025-26 academic year’. You will then be required to complete an application for 2026-27 for the final term of your course (September-January), when prompted to do so by the Housing Services team.
There are no guarantees you will be offered a place in accommodation, offers are made subject to availability.
