MEd Academic Practice Information Session
Description: The MEd Academic Practice is an exciting new professional development for educators at Queen Mary, launching September 2025. The MEd Academic Practice is open to colleagues who have completed a PGCAP (or equivalent) at QM or elsewhere in the last 5 years, or who have Fellowship of Advance HE and evidence of recent scholarship. This short information session will provide information and guidance for potential applicants.

Description: This interactive workshop will introduce you to the design of inclusive assessment in Higher Education. It is aimed at colleagues who are module leaders or engaged in curriculum design, and you will be asked to bring along a piece of assessment design that you would like to develop to the session. You will be supported to evaluate your current assessment practice, drawing on case studies and examples for inspiration. By the end of the session you will have new ideas for enhancing the inclusivity of your assessment design.
