Reviewing fellowship applications for teaching recognition is equally rewarding, as it allows me to celebrate colleagues' achievements. It is particularly fulfilling to help individuals gain well-deserved recognition for their work. The most rewarding aspect of both mentoring and reviewing is seeing colleagues grow in confidence in their teaching approaches and practice while achieving their professional goals. Knowing that I have played a small part in their journey makes the experience incredibly meaningful.
