Being a mentor within the TRP group has offered me a deepened, reflective perspective on pedagogic development across the University. More than a role, it has become a privileged position from which to witness and support how colleagues engage in self-reflection — navigating their own journeys and refining their constructive interactions with successive generations of students.

Mentorship in this context feels like taking the pulse of an evolving academic community: each conversation, each moment of insight contributing to a collective strengthening of purpose, aligned with the shared goal of delivering the best possible student experience. It is both a responsibility and a quiet joy — to accompany others as they grow, and in doing so, to grow alongside them
