Serving as a Course Representative in 2023/2024 was an inspiring journey of advocacy, leadership, and growth. I worked passionately to amplify student voices, foster transparency, and drive positive change. From leading inclusive feedback initiatives to reviving our course reps’ newsletter, I helped strengthen communication and build trust between students and staff. Collaborating on curriculum improvements and seeing real impact—from enhanced learning resources to increased student satisfaction—was deeply rewarding. Being nominated as Course Rep of the Year was an honour that reflected the collective progress we made. This role empowered me to create lasting change and support my peers with purpose.
