As part of a research project on how metaverse platforms can support teamwork and communication, I designed and implemented a customised virtual meeting space using FrameVR. This immersive environment was tested within QMUL’s “Fresher to Thriver” mentoring programme to evaluate its impact on student engagement and inclusion. I led multiple mentor and mentee sessions in the space, collected user feedback, and contributed to thematic analysis. This experience developed my skills in virtual design, qualitative research, and cross-cultural engagement within digital education contexts.
