As Student Rep for the MSc Aesthetic Medicine programme, I identified a gap in support for students transitioning into careers post-course particularly around hands-on experience, clinical confidence, and job opportunities. In response, I co-created a feedback survey and launched a student-led guidance initiative, including a centralised WhatsApp group and upcoming support materials. Collaborating closely with faculty and student services, I ensured the project upheld university standards while amplifying student voice. This initiative has improved engagement, built community, and helped students feel heard and supported throughout their journey especially those learning remotely. I hope to expand this further in Year 2.
