EDI events at SBBS and beyond

We have hosted and contributed to range of events to raise awareness for different EDI-related topics. For example, we hosted an LGBTQIA+ coffee social for staff and students during LGBTQIA History Month, and held a Race Awareness Lunch and Quiz. SBBS staff have also contributed to other events to celebrate EDI work in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, International Women's Day, Neurodiversity Celebration Week, and more.

Diversifying the Curriculum in SBBS

To help diversify our curriculum, we have created a portfolio with profiles of scholars and researchers in Biological and Psychological Sciences. Further resources are available on our internal SharePoints.

We will use this portfolio to highlight contributions from diverse perspectives to our teaching materials.
