Profile
I joined the Department of Biological and Experimental Psychology at QMUL as a Teaching Fellow in September 2024 after various roles including Senior Lecturer and Course Leader at Solent University, and Junior Scientist in Germany. I completed my BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology at Durham University.
I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and gained my teaching qualifications, PG Certificate in Learning and Teaching (HE), and a PG Certificate in Blended Learning at Solent University.
I have a personal and professional interest in mindfulness and am qualified to teach the Paws b curriculum (Mindfulness in Schools) and I am also currently training to teach mindfulness curricula with adults (Oxford Mindfulness Foundation).

Research
Research Interests:
I am interested in psychological wellbeing and positive psychology, recent projects with students have explored ADHD in women, parental wellbeing, mindfulness, self-compassion, and yoga. My previous research involved evaluating a mindfulness intervention in schools and research in cognitive psychology with projects on graphical reasoning and spatial reasoning.
