Profile

Bio: I completed my PhD in computational biology at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan where I developed computational methods to study DNA methylation alterations and the associated transcriptional changes in cancer.

Project: I have continued to work on DNA methylation as a post-doctoral research assistant in Dr. Alexandre de Mendoza’s group studying the evolution and inheritance patterns of DNA methylation patterns in eukaryotes using computational approaches.
