Real World Impact Projects

These projects are designed to address genuine challenges faced by organisations – giving you the chance to apply your academic knowledge and entrepreneurial skills to deliver meaningful change.

Now Recruiting: Windrush Justice Public Opinion Enquiry

About the Project

Client: Jigsaw House Society

Jigsaw House Society runs and supports various projects designed to help grassroots organisations flourish. In collaboration with several partners, we established the Windrush Justice Clinic (WJC) to provide legal advice and support for victims of the Windrush scandal. By connecting community groups with university legal departments and pro bono services, the clinic has supported over 200 individuals and seven community organisations, helping people receive compensation and apologies for their mistreatment by the Home Office.

This project will test ideas that will help WJC build wider public support and change the national conversation around Windrush justice.
