Profile

Elizabeth specialises in student professional development and employability within business education in the UK and Australia.

Before joining Queen Mary in August 2025, she led Careers and Employability at the Australian National University (ANU), with a team of 16 delivering in-curriculum and co-curricular learning activities, including collaborations with industry partners.

Prior to that she was involved in executive career coaching, and curriculum design and delivery for students at London Business School, Roehampton University, and Leeds University Business School, over the course of 12 years.

Her credentials include FHEA, Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, Life Design accreditation from Stanford University, psychometric testing (including ESCI and OPQ), Diversity Management (MA) and CIPD accredited Training and Development Diploma and Certificate.   

Having previously delivered professional skills learning in multiple industries and organisations, she has been teaching and leading careers and employability work in universities since 2012.

Examples of previous clients and employers in her pre-higher education career include First Direct, Santander, Tarmac, Citibank, American Express.
