Registration information

Registration for QM Elevate opens at the start of Week 1 in Semester 1 and in early January for Semester 2. Teaching on QM Elevate modules begins in Week 2 of each semester.

For Semester 1 of the 2025/26 academic year, registration will open on 22 September 2025. Teaching will begin on 29 September 2025.

Key dates for semester 1 of  2025/26​

  •  10-week modules: Weeks 2–12. Teaching begins week of 29 Sept. Registration closes 10 Oct.​
  •  5-week modules (block 1): Weeks 2–6. Teaching begins week of 29 Sept. Registration closes 10 Oct.​
  •  5-week modules (block 2): Weeks 7–12. Teaching begins week of 10 Nov. Registration closes 10 Nov.​

 

For Semester 2 of the 2025/26 academic year, registration will open in early January. Teaching will begin on 27 January 2025.

We encourage students to sign up as soon as they know their programme timetable, ensuring that their QM Elevate classes do not conflict with their core programme.

Students may enrol in up to 4 QM Elevate modules. When choosing modules, we recommend selecting those that not only support your studies but also help advance your future career goals. Our offer includes a wide variety of modules in Academic and Professional Communication as well as modules for specific academic programmes.

How to register

Registration is exclusively online, via MySIS. An announcement is sent out to all students when registration opens.  

From your MySIS home screen, click on QM Elevate Module Bookings. Then follow the links through to get information on each module and details of times/days offered.

Choose the classes that suit you and your timetable. You can register for 4 modules each term.

Once you have registered, your selected classes will appear in your module list. Please note that MySIS does not send confirmation emails for registration.

How can I amend my registration? 
If you need to make changes to your registration (e.g. cancel your place or change to a different course or group) you will be able to do so from your MySIS home screen ->QM Elevate Module Bookings.
