Logos

You can display logos in rows of three on your webpage. Find out more about how to add them using the Logo content type.

When to use Logos

The Logo content type on T4 allows you to add logos in rows of three to your webpage. You should always make sure that you have the appropriate image permissions before adding logos to your webpage.

Example

The logos you upload will appear in rows of three, and the sizes will be determined by the size of image you choose in the T4 Media Library. For this reason, it is important to make sure the sizes of the images are consistent. We recommend images are 200px by 200px.

Components

This content type has two components, and you will need both for your logos to appear correctly.

  • Logo Grid Container
  • Logo Grid Item

If either of these content types are not listed as an option once you have selected '+ Add Content', please contact websupport@qmul.ac.uk.

Adding the content type to your webpage

Logo Grid Container

The Logo Grid Container element should sit on the webpage you would like the row of logos to appear on.

Name

This is how your content type will be named within the backend of T4 and will not be publicly visible.

Logo Grid Item

For the logos to show on the page inside the logo container, you'll have to put them in a child section of the page that you are editing.

Create a child section.

  • Name this child section as 'Logos'.
  • Note: It is crucial to name the section exactly as written above otherwise the logos won't be pulled through to the page.
