Logging in to T4

Single Sign-On (SSO) is now enabled on T4. This means Web Editors can log in using their QMUL Outlook credentials. 

Instructions

1. Click the link to login https://t4.qmul.ac.uk/terminalfour/saml/login

2. Once you click the login link, you’ll be taken to the Microsoft sign-in page.

3. Enter your QMUL outlook username thats starts with xyz123@qmul.ac.uk and password. You will then be prompted to complete two-factor authentication.

4. After successful authentication, you can view the websites you have access within the T4 site structure.

If you cannot access T4 using your QMUL Outlook credentials?

If you don't have a T4 account, the Web team will need to set up a T4 account for you and give you access to the T4 training course. To request a new T4 account, please email websupport@qmul.ac.uk.

Error message when logging into T4 (401 unauthorised)?

Please contact websupport@qmul.ac.uk for assistance, as you may not have access to T4.

How to get access to websites on T4?

Once you've completed the T4 training course, email websupport@qmul.ac.uk with your training completion certificate to request access to the sites you need to edit. We will only give access to sites once you've completed your training.
