About Us

The Technology Enhanced Learning Team (TELT) provides educational support and direction for technology enhanced learning applications across all levels of the institution.

About Us

As well as running a number of learning applications, we can help you with support, training or advice on anything regarding the use of technology in teaching and learning – simple or complex, individual or faculty-wide, technical or pedagogic.

Although we are one team, we are organised into three areas which have slightly different priorities:

  • Training & Support. Ensuring that staff and students know how to make the best use of our applications through various channels including the Service Desk, in person and online training sessions, user guides, self-directed courses, show and share webinars and student led induction sessions.
  • Services.  Ensuring that our applications continue to meet the needs of staff and students through monitoring feature usage, running evaluation activities, keeping up with application roadmaps, gathering requirements and piloting improvements.
  • Systems. Taking care of the technical aspects of our applications ensuring they are run well, configured appropriately, leading on upgrades and looking for ways to improve through initiatives such as better integration with other systems.
