We’re excited to announce a new feature in QMplus Assignments: the Advanced Grading Report plugin. This powerful tool is designed to support staff who use advanced grading methods, such as Rubrics or Marking Guides, making it easier than ever to review and export grading data.
Why Use the Advanced Grading Report?
The new plugin provides clear, accessible reports that save time and improve feedback management.
Key Benefits
• Download grades and feedback when using rubrics or marking guides.
• Replaces the old Export Component Grades plugin, which is no longer supported.
• No loss of functionality—all existing grading features remain intact.
What’s New?
When you set a Rubric or Marking Guide as your grading method in assignment settings, you’ll now see a new tab in the assignment interface:
• “Rubric Breakdown Report” (for rubrics)
• “Marking Guide Breakdown Report” (for marking guides)
These reports provide a detailed breakdown including:
• Student usernames
• Scores and feedback for each criterion
• Overall grades and feedback
• Grader’s name and grading time
You can also export reports as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) files for further use.
Explore the New Guide
We’ve published a brand-new guide to help you get started with the Advanced Grading Report. It includes step-by-step instructions and practical tips for using this feature effectively.
